When COVID lockdowns removed any possibility of in-person demos, the newly-formed Reality Labs tapped Contend to find a virtual solution. We reimagined training by taking advantage of AR, VR, and 360 video capabilities to create omni-channel content. With it, Meta was able to continue demonstrating products to both consumers and employees throughout the pandemic, in ways that exceeded projections for awareness and consideration.
