In addition to working with Pledge in for 13, Contend is committed to improving the percentage of people of color represented in the ad world. We are launching a series of workshops with the goal to provide participants access to industry executives and mentors via these sessions. 

This program is designed to offer participants a glimpse into the world of advertising and its departments through training to build and or enhance skills that can help propel students into the ad world.
